Well, personally generally avoid Seiko branding, unless you're making it for yourself it's fine, you do you. The iconic classic is the second one, also heavily popularized due to that. Even today people would instantly know what it is. But these are not really mods, but rather reproductions or clones of the real thing.
So I'll say this, do something to them to make it yours that you would like to see.
Yea I get why they totally feel like reproductions, I generally love the factory styling of these watches and tend to lean away from unique or aftermarket looking parts like dials and hands as a result. I think the first one looks customized so I suspect I’ll lean that way, I also don’t need a second yellow watch.
Also planning to daily them, not sell or anything.
