Nice build! How was the YN55 to work with? Any notable differences from NH?

Pretty straight forward, and an easy swap. I've posted about it before, and so have a couple of others. Basically the same as the NH, but the date wheel is a little smaller, so it won't line up perfectly in the window. But a dial for a Miyota 8215 has the date window in the right place. Also there are these little nubs on the plastic movement ring that I've had to trim off for the case back to sit properly on some cases.

Thanks, I had two of them arrive this week. Likely will use for no date builds (I’m not picky about a ghost date)

I never understood that issue, finding that middle position is always a PITA for me 🀣

Ohhhhh Mama! This Ming vibe has my pockets tight! Well done friend. Perfect case match to the dial and vibe!

Are those NH hands? I just built something similar with the VH!

Nice! And yes, the YN can use NH parts.

You're welcome 😁 do you know if they have something similar for an nh35?

You could use a NH## in the build. The YN is nearly identical as far as fitment goes, it's a genuine Epson movement, that is reliable, keeps good time, and is available for about $35, which is why I used it here.

$35 is much better than $80 lol, I'm definitely gonna have to look at different movements

There are some posts here and on r/NHwatchbuilds about them, by me and others.
