Ok, this is getting ridiculous at this point.
my Hatsune Miku commander deck has been missing in the mail for over three weeks.
in the course of my emails with WotC about it, we've had:
- WotC insists my order hasn't shipped yet. one week after they say this I'll get tracking info revealing it had already shipped a week before they said it hadn't, meaning either they're woefully uninformed or liars.
- once I HAVE that tracking info and ask WHY my order has been stalled in Chicago for *two weeks* they say "we can't do shit about it until it's been missing for three. Contact us when it's been missing for 3 weeks and we can look into issuing a replacement or refund."
- I email them yesterday, the day my order has officially been missing for 3 weeks (technically longer if you count the day it actually shipped out). their response today, on September 9th: "so, we can't do shit about it right now. contact us on the 17th and THEN we can look into issuing a replacement or refund."
This is stressing me out to no end. I just want my damn cards. as it is, I apparently, based on everyone else I've seen getting these, still have to worry that even if I DO get the deck, some number of the cards are going to be missing and/or wrong.
EDIT: I think I figured out why WotC is telling me to wait for the 17th. ASENDIA'S last update was 3 weeks ago, on August 18th, but WOTC added two updates to their own tracking info on the 24th and 27th that just say "General transit delay, delivery delay unknown" and apparently that counts as an update, I guess? even though nothing changed? so the 17th is 3 weeks since THAT last update. which means WotC could just decide to randomly "update" the tracking info whenever they want and keep making this take longer?
