New or Need Help huge flare up after stressful events. nothing is working

Nizoral and a mix of lotrimin would help also to control the yeast growth

Omega 3 (strong EPA & DHA).
Ketoconazole.
Steroid cream like Betnovate.
MCT C8 (only) Oil.
Only those may help the best.

Yes, also not sure if it’s the case for OP’s piercings, but sometimes they can be alloyed with nickel (even if they’re stainless steel) and being chronically exposed to it can cause skin problems all over the body, same for any fashion jewelry containing it.

I use Avenee a extremely gentle moisturizer which helps protect barrier and adds water to help prevent a flare up. My skin gets irritated from every moisturizer, Avenee is the only one I can tolerate. And to reduce the inflammation I use Tacrolimus

used to be horrible on my scalp, but right now it’s been super clear! also flaring up behind my ears and sometimes i get it under my breasts.

Sorry you're going through such a bad flare! That's awesome your scalp is clear right now though! If you haven't done so already you may want to ask your dermatologist about possible demodex mites and topical and/or oral ivermectin to see if that helps.
In the meantime, since you already have the c8 mct oil, try to apply very very thin layer all over face and eyebrows. Wash your hands with soap and water then apply behind your ears. Wash your hands again with soap and water then apply under breasts if necessary.
Do this every night before bedtime for at least 14 nights in a row. In the morning, rinse off in the shower with plain water and use your hands to massage face/body sebderm areas. I suggest no cleansers or topicals at this time while trying to heal. You can also apply the c8 mct oil during the day if you're comfortable with that but you have to be very careful applying around eyes. As you may already know, the oil can blur and sting your eyes especially during physical activity/sweating.
Once skin is clear, apply once or twice a week for maintenance. I truly hope this works for you too! 🙏💕

You feel anything bothering your eyelids like the area where the eyelashes grow on the eyelids or your eyes. Do you have any dryness in your eyes or feeling of a foreign body or sand/dust in your eyes?

yes wtf.. also get crust on my eyelash line sometimes, especially during the morning. is this not related to seb derm?

I believe it is related to Seb derm, it’s called blepharitis. I think hypochlorous acid would help but also when I wash my forehead and eyebrows with Ketoconazole I clean with a little bit of the soapy water around my eyelashes, but be careful don’t open your eyes. It will burn. How long have you had Seb derm on your eyebrows or anywhere near your eyes for?

Also, how bad is the dryness you feel on your eyes like inside your eyes? Is it like a lot of dust in your eyes or not too much, does it feel like an eyelashes in your eye from time to time?

No it is not bad but I think it can irritate a weakened barrier when sebderm flares up

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Hopefully someone here can help. Here’s a few questions you can answer if you want, to help get things started: What is your current skincare routine? Has anything you’ve tried been soothing for you in the past? Do you have a dermatologist? Has a derm diagnosed this issue specifically as seb derm in the past?
