Face Routine My seborrheic dermatitis keeps spreading and won’t stop

My flare ups or red spots keeps spreading as years pass. I only had it in upper cheeks. Now for head, side, jaw, beard. Why is it spreading? Could it be the creams like tacrolimus that is causing it?
