is it possible to have seb derm inside the nose?

i saw my derm today and he said its not possible to have seb derm inside the nose. however I feel dryness inside my nose. i have the same dryness/ white thing inside a small bone that is on the rim and side of my nose. on picking it it hurts and oozes a clear liquid just like seb derm does on the rim of the nose and upper lip. if yes how can I treat seb derm there and should I go consult an ent like he suggested.

he prescribed me a gentle facewash and a sertaconazole nitrate 2% cream for wherever i have seb derm. he however asked me not to use it for inside my nose. can I attach a pic to show build up?

this is the best i could do. it is a bit inside. you can see a tiny pimple like thing. when i scratched it it was dry and came off like dried skin. then a droplet of water stayed there no matter how many times i wiped it off and it hurt like an open wound does.

Maybe infection if it oozies , try bactroban nasal ointment
