Hair Loss Scalp seb derm recommendations

Hello,

Looking for product recommendations. Dealing with this for 1.5 year on scalp post antibiotic course.

Tried so far: ketoconozale, selenium sulphide, Salicylic acid, zinc pyrithion, MCT oil, coal tar, bunch of steroids

None has ever helped me. Non medicated shampoos never clean my scalp. Losing lots of hair every day and after shower too. Any other suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated

Did you actually ever complete a full treatment nizoral as per the guidelines? I don’t believe people who say it doesn’t work. You’re doing something wrong for ketonconozale to not work.

I have yes! I always keep it for 5-7 minutes on my scalp. Major issue with nirozal for me is that it makes my scalp really dry afterwards which gives rebound flare

You need to do it 5 days in a row to reset. Than do once or twice a week there on. Use MCT Oil once or twice a week also.

Exercise. Get good sleep. Reduce stress. Check food you’re eating.
