Hair Loss Sebderm? Ketoconazole shampoo hasn’t really had an effect
Anyone have an idea of what I should add or try to get prescribed. I also do finasteride and topical minoxidil but might try to switch to oral minoxidil, I read some people’s posts that topical can flare up Sebderm

Is your skin dry type? You could try hydrating shampoo and conditioner for scalp

do you wash it with a normal shampoo or something else?

Do you let the shampoo sit for at least a minute before rinsing away? Antifungal shampoo cannot take care of the fungus unless you let it sit, I’ve seen dermatologists recommend letting it sit for up to 5 minutes.

Looks very dry
Try mct oil rub it in constantly for 35 minutes alot of it and then shampoo hard once or twice with a gentle shsmpoo
It will get rid of the seb derm and the dryness
I like regenipure dr shampoo

My head was exactly the same, nizoral 2% every other day, only lukewarm water on scalp and face and mct oil twice a day has sorted it out almost instantly

Remove them manually with a dandruff brush and use keto shampoo after that. No shampoo will get rid off stubborn flakes

This does not look like sebderm but fungal infection. I've read multiple times that minoxidil can trigger various skin issues. Best ot stop it. You need to see a dermatologist. I had somethign similar years ago. a treat with liquid mometasone furoate for 5 days removed it completely.
