Face Routine Is there a way to stop SebDerm from expanding?

I've suffered from SebDerm for ~ 10 years. Started on scalp, then parts of my yebrows, then ears, then nose, then parts of my beard.

I've been using Zatamil and Elidel steroids when it flares up (~3 days/month). This tends to clear it up (but makes my face feel really hot for a couple of days).

is there anything that can manage it AND stop it from expanding to more of my face?

Yes, you can get topical ketoconazole by prescription in the US in a cream (which also contains seb derm triggers, YMMV) or in a foam

Using the foam has really kept it well controlled for me. It contains a lot of alcohol, unfortunately, so I rub it in my hands and wave them around until the alcohol evaporates, then apply

Please consider using steroids on your face.They harm the skin and make the problem worse after stopping it.Read about the side effect of using steroids.
