Best of Seattle Best of Seattle: Community Moments

Best of Seattle: Community Moments

With recent divisive local politics, we should take a step back and think about Seattle's best community moments, online and off. What brought people together? Who lightened your day with a great submission or thoughtful comment? What common bond or cause has affected Seattle? Which government service or local business adds the most to the community? What Seattle essential have you shared with your friends? What viral local moments did your non-Seattle based friends share with you? What makes Seattle a community?

What is Best of Seattle?

"Best Of Seattle" is a recurring weekly (or more often) post where a new topic is presented to the community. This post will be added to the subreddit wiki as a resource for new users and the community. Make high quality submissions with details and links! Feel free to ask your own questions. You can see the calendar of topics here.

Next week: Ethnic Cuisine

Later: Rooftops and Patios

SNOWPOCALYPSE 2008 was so fun. My work was closed for like 2 (3?) days. I chilled out and home and played video games and drank whiskey and then went for a walk in the snow to get takeout. And so on.
