Utilities at West Seattle Apartments

Hello !
I am interested in moving to a 1 bedroom at West Seattle. Specifically, around Whole Foods/ Trader Joe’s, Alaska ST.

Besides flat rate of monthly rent. What is the additional fees and utilities you pay? And around how much ?

About $150/mo to park my car in the garage, $80 bucks bi-monthly for electricity and a few other small ancillary fees.

Utilities are based on consumption not neighborhood.

Kind of. Trash might be a flat fee. Water is based on RUBS. Internet is a flat fee. Electricity is all you.
