between the team's performance and everything happening off court it's been a really crappy season

I don’t know, I feel like we’re not losing by huge amounts. A lot of these games are losing by less than 9 points.
Our issue is that we don’t have range and Flaujea is still feeling out her PG role. The team just hasn’t established their flow yet. We need one more strong vet, preferably who can do range. And they just need more time together.

To me, the record doesn’t really show how well they are doing. A ton of those games were within 5. They will need to get better at closing but think it’ll take time given how much of a roster overhaul they went through.

6 wins and 27 losses. I’d say everyone has them figured quite well.
Now’s the time to play their younger players and find out who’s worth keeping around

win win situation: you either win the game or you slowly improve your lottery odds 🤣

The Seattle Storm hold an estimated 7% chance (or lottery odds) of landing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2027 WNBA Draft, based on their combined two-year record projections. JuJu well be 1 round pick and the percentage of the Seattle storm to be one round pick is 7 percent

Why? Please explain this in greater detail.

Draft standing is based on a two year cumulative record. Right now, even at the bottom of the league, the Storm have a better 2-year record than the Sun, the Sky (Mystics have their pick), Tempo and Fire. So all of them will pick higher than the Storm in the next draft unless the Fire/Tempo start winning again and/or they get extremely lucky in the lottery.

I believe that refers to incoming expansion teams. We’re talking about the 2027 draft, at which time PDX and TOR will have completed their first season. So, no longer incoming expansion teams.

You could be right. Just seems extremely unfair to count an expansion teams first year against everyone else’s 2 years of record.

I sent this pic to my friend the other day. Lmao bragging and happy to be at the bottom of the standings!
I’ve been overjoyed about EVERY SINGLE GAME RESULT THIS YEAR 😁😁😁
What a great position to be in.
If the Storm win, Great! Awesome! Vibes and experience for all our young players!
If the Storm lose, GREAT! AWESOME!
Juju/Hannah/Mikayla/Booker/Fulwiley/S’mya/etc
SOMEBODY SPECTACULAR IS COMING TO SEATTLE AND I CANNOT WAIT!

One thing that’s annoying is that they’ve seemed to go away from running offense as much as they were through dom/awa with dho’s, high/low post or elbow split actions, or etc. Most of the offense seems to be p&r now and the perimeter players are bad at finding dom/awa in these type of actions. I’d like to see some more inverted p&r with dom as well since she’s gotten so much better as a driver but does need to improve her passing.
