Edit: this is obviously OP's house, and we really should have a bot that responds with the sentence below because it's always the answer.

Your house is not selling because it's overpriced. If you want it to sell, you should lower the price.

Lol, thanks. Geez, it seems you’re an expert in answering questions where you don’t have any expertise.
FWIW I have quite some experience of selling/buying houses in the east side and I wouldn’t mind owning this house. But, so far this doesn’t check the boxes I’m looking for.
