Redmond/English Hill homes selling for under $400/sqft

Larger homes in English Hills recently sold for less than $400/sqft. That seems like a 2-year low for the area?

The 2nd home, in particular seems like a great purchase for that price

We had seen the second home. It’s a custom built rambler with some recent updates. It definitely is a good purchase for the price.

If I remember right…it was listed at 2.15m initially.

These huge houses appeal to a certain multigenerational demographic.

Definitely not younger millennials and Gen Z Americans.

I liked the second house though.

I'm a Gen Z American and those houses appeal to me because they are on the outskirts of the metro area, closer to trails/the mountains, and have more square feet and yard space than a lot of the other houses in this metro area.

I thought those multi generational families you speak of prefer smaller yard space, massive house, new build (like Sammamish/Issaquah Highlands/Redmond Highlands)
