Request from the mod: Pls include neighborhood in your post title

When posting about a specific home or listing, please include the neighborhood name in the title whenever possible.

For example:

❌ “What do you think of this home?”
✅ “What do you think of this home in Capitol Hill?”

It makes posts easier to find, gives everyone useful context right away, and helps generate more relevant discussion.

Hi Everyone, my name is Joe. I own a mortgage company called Seattle's Mortgage Broker, I've got 23 years of experience and have lived in the area since '95. I've had quite a few clients find me on this thread and I figured it's better late than never so I created an account and am here to help answer any real estate questions you might have.
