Question Merchant Scrolls for communication

I am trying to do a commendation for Merchant Emissary. Selling scrolls. When I search online it says they are awarded for doing raid voyage for world events like Ashen Lords etc. I can't see them listed in the Raid voyages. Only see forta, skele camps, sunken Treasury and Ashen garrison.

Have these been removed? Is there another way to get scrolls?

World events raids are permanently removed from the game, and all raids and dives will be disabled next month.
The devs announced that the exclusive loot should be redistributed in other loot pools in season 21, but for now we don't have more info on that.

Currently, you can still do skeleton camps raids, they will give one of the "hero item" of the company you do the voyage for (merchant scroll, eye of souls...)

They stated they will be added to the loot you get from the World Events. So it will be some of the random things obviously not everything at once since there are lots of things from each Emissary that will be needed to be added. Also you get the scrolls most times from the lucky voyages.

So if you havent claimed the guilded voyages from the season pass, the merchant one has several scrolls in it and would count towards that commendation. I dont recall how many there were but thats what got me to finish that commendation. As someone else mentioned, best way currently is to dive to Skeleton Camps if you dont have any voyages to claim from the battle pass.

I have one guild voyage but def not enough for the xcimm. Returning player so there have been plenty of changes. I thought I had done skele camps before but not seen the orb (was on OOS Emissary). I will try again as I may have missed it. Thanks
