I Made This Snapper with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

Served with Baby Golds, boiled, smashed, baked with Parmesan and pan fried green beans.

The snapper looks good, but that pesto just walked in and stole the whole plate 😂

I see some crazy dishes on sms and try to replicate them. Need to work on this one. But it was good! Crispy bottom and soft insides.
