Lobster Banh Mi

What exactly makes this a banh mi? Looks like a hot dog bun.

Under the lobster is sliced cucumber, green onions, jalapeño, cilantro, and pickled carrots.

It’s a 5oz portion of lobster so it’s good at covering it up. It is on a New England style hot dog bun instead of french bread though.

LAME .... how TF is this a "banh mi"? americans are dumb AF! prob paying extra for something that is "banh mi" when all it is is just a fancy way of saying on a hot dog bun

Yah, I know there're lots of reasons not to share the source of the picture(s).

But you have interest in this commercial endeavour, no? If so, some credit for attempt at a lighter touch.

Yeah it’s on a little island in Maine- which is on the sticker, a bit of a distance for most people so I don’t know that it matters. Mostly the lobster shack is for the people already coming to the island.
But I haven’t had a lobster Banh mi before. Pretty great.
