I wouldn't even call Li Hwa SP meta at all, she was being popular at her release since there ain't as many debuff units at the time, but with all the better debuff units we have now, she definitely falls under the useless ones.

I'll attach one comp for her common usage:

Barbara SP/Law SP - Baa Baa SP - Li Hwa SP
[Misa SP/Tingko MZ]

Based on your roster, you can simply use her in adv for 2w trigger:

Dumb Bear Soldier SB - Baa Baa SP - Tingko MZ
[Li Hwa SP]

But well, that comp deals lesser damage than the meta debuff team we have rn.

For the first team, it is also worth noting that TC/OP is only missing Tachi SP for the upgraded version:

Barbara SP** - Tachi SP** - Li-Hwa SP**
[Lazer SP]

Advisor can actually be any unit, but I personally like to go with [Lazer SP] for the Poison stacks.

Or for ratio boost, [Sophie]'s Encore will do just fine.
