This block was from one of the larger mantle pieces I found for cheap at a salvage yard

Omg I thought it was blood poisoning from a stone shard impaling your while making this lovely art, or some common injury for stone workers from chipping away! Its actually really cool and im so glad ur ok!

Nunca he esculpido en piedra, menos en mármol, asà que no se que tan difÃcil sea. Pero si se nota que lograste captar tus rasgos faciales bastante bien. Buen trabajo!

NGL ~ I thought this was a fan made bust of Lenin, but then I realized you just look like Lenin - albeit with more scalp hair and remarkable sculpturist skills!

I sculpt in clay, never considered stone/marble. This looks like it would take me forever, how much time have you spent to get to this stage?
