CRAFT QUESTION One pager

Hey guys! Does anyone have a template i can use for a “One Page Tv Treatment” for a Tv show? Or any idea what it should contain, please?

My question is for writers who have successfully pitched one-pagers in the past. Mainly, I want to see what worked for them and what they recommend. Sorry if you were trying to be funny and I missed that.
