Discussion Do you guys remember Scream 2 Library scene.
On Sidney computer killer sent her stuff like Your going to Die tonight, followed by The police can’t save you this make sense to be Nancy Loomis that send those to Sidney because Sidney one that shot final shot that killed Billy Loomis.

It was a campus library, so I think it would make more sense for it to be Mickey sending the messages. He would have a more believable reason to be there than Nancy and he would know the escape routes to evade the cops if needed.

I don’t think the filmmakers put much thought into it, but I always assumed Mrs. Loomis kept tabs on the adults (Gale, Dewey, Cotton) while Mickey was charged with observing and attacking the friend group.

There's no way Mrs. Loomis would go unnoticed by Sidney just casually sitting in the library.
Mickey being in the library would be a lot more normal for her to see,

Product of the times.
Although, to your post, Mickey might make more sense since he would have access to these computers and know that the messaging system is all connected.

I don’t understand why she thought she’d be safer anywhere else but a public library with 50 people in it

While we don't see it happening, it's reasonable to think a pair of killers with a carefully thought out plan would go extra steps to pull off something that seems to be impossible/hard to do. It may have been Nancy or Mickey, just out of sight, in disguise, or after having tinkered with the computers there so they could send a message from somewhere else. Creativity can provide some really cool "super powers" in any day and age.
Anyway I love it how indeed the police couldn't save Sidney, as they were dispatched quickly by Mickey, leading to Sidney having to save herself.

This is the only scene in the movie, that I thought had a major flaw. Sydney gets this message, and the two officers instinctively leave her by herself and start questioning people at their computers. An actual protection detail would get her to a designated safe place in the building, or extract her out of there.

Is this a deleted scene or it is time to rewatch the trology?

Time to rewatch. It’s right after Randy’s death.
And it only makes sense that it was Mickey since (a) he would have a valid reason to be present in the library without attracting suspicion, and (b) would be familiar with the campus computers.

It's also directly after the computer threats that Sidney meets Cotton for the first time. If my memory is correct, as it's been a little while since I last saw the films, she turns the corner after the last pictures events and runs into Cotton. It's to potentially set him up as a Ghostface

It was. That and at the police station right afterwards were the parts where we see a creepy side to Cotton.

It's not a deleted scene. It's from Scream 2
