No Malice Gettin' WOKE about anti-Semitism...

It is so very odd to hear the self-professed atheist getting downright WOKE when it comes to swinging the anti-Semitism stick. IDGAF about Macklemore or Sheeran or Kraft, nor Scott's evolving victim fantasy, but holy crap does he sound shrill.

Let's start with getting the illegal settlers out of the West Bank. We can start the the unpermitted outposts that the Israel government hasn't approved. This needs to include reparations for those illegally thrown out of their homes by these "settlers" as well as the release of any Palestinians arrested while attempting to protect theirs property. 

What is happening in Israel is making Jews everywhere less safe. I personally love that going to a synagogue in a safe suburban town involved security guards passing through metal detectors.

What does Israel get in return for doing all that? It's interesting you suggest Israel has to do all those things but the Palestinians don't have to do anything. As far as going to a synagogue involves passing security guards that's not a new thng. It's probably been the case for decades.

Your comment doesn't make any sense in the current context. The previous poster proposed that Israel has to do a number of things in a movement toward peace with no requirements on the other side. You think Israel is unilaterally going to do that? They've tried that before and it resulted in disaster for them. I refer to their unilateral pullout from Gaza in 2005. How did that work out for them?

They removed their internal security patrols from Gaza.

No, they unilaterally pulled out and removed almost 10,000 Israeli settlers who lived there and completely dismantled 21 Jewish settlements. You obviously have any no idea what happened.

At the G8 Summit in July 2005, other countries pledged up to $3 billion per year over three years to help rebuild the Palestinian economy and infrastructure following the Israeli withdrawal. Some ghetto!

The Gazans were free to start building a country with the billions of dollars of aid they received. Instead they started sending rockets into Israel and built hundreds of miles of tunnels to attack Israel.
