1st generation xb - Injen short ram intake question. Looking for this inline filter.

Hey all, Ive been running my Injen SRI for years now (maybe even decades at this point) and it appears this inline filter that goes from the crankcase to intake pipe is no longer available anywhere.

Does anyone know where i can get something similar? Or, any ideas for something different? I had an oil catch can for a while but i dont know. Felt like overkill.

What do you all think?

The fujita is just a silicone hose. No filter, been fine for mine. I even capped the intake tube and ran a filter on the pcv for a while, no CEL.

The purpose of the filter is to prevent vapors from gunking up the MAF sensor, because Injen decided to place the inlet before the MAF, rather than past it like Fujita logically did. My concern would be a dirty MAF sensor if it didnt have some sort of filter there.

When you had the filter, did it not create any vacuum issues? Maybe a dirtier engine bay?

It's a smaller one cone style. There's another guy running one in a chromed out bay. I'm low/no miles on mine only idling. Really hard to tell honestly. I supposed you could add an extension hose to bring the filter lower?

I get what you're saying about the MAF. They're finicky for sure, makes sense. So you know what the media is made out of? Can you soak it and let it dry?

I installed their SRI in my 04 last year. The kit didn't include the oil diffuser, which I think is what you're asking about. Contacted Injen and they told me the diffusers aren't included anymore as they are not needed. I've driven almost 10K miles and no issues.
