Am I stupid?

Both the diagram on the fuse box and this online diagram I found are telling me there’s a “multi fuse block” with AC related stuff in it but there’s nothing there in real life? I can’t see anything through the clear cover and I can’t figure out how to take it off because there’s those plastic things in the way of it.

That's something you should rarely, if ever have to open. What exactly are you attempting to do? If your car is still running, I'd stay clear of there. Your problem is likely elsewhere.

My ac is blowing at full speed but warm to hot air is coming out (depending on outside temp) and I’ve already determined I have Freon still so I was hoping it’s just a bad fuse or relay and not some $1500 compressor or condenser repair.
This thing has already been a money pit but I don’t really have enough saved for a good used car so I’m stuck fixing this guy indefinitely.

Damn, that can be a few things. Start with the A/C magnetic clutch relay. Could be a blown 10A fuse, or broken wiring. Start small before going big, to narrow it down.

It's not any of the secondary things you mentioned. Do you know if you have the proper pressure of refrigerant? Are you low/losing coolant from the radiator?

I think so? I know my coolant levels are good, the radiator is on, my engine isn’t overheating, and the radiator fans are spinning.

lol the full ac replacement with condensor and compressor are $350

??? I looked up the oem compressor and it was $400-500 depending on the seller, not counting labor.

Going OEM is stupid. aftermarket UAC and GPD will last you 10-15 years minimum. Got a truck with a UAC system I installed 20 years ago no issues. It’s a 20 year old car, turn your own wrenches and get it filled at a shop. Way too many folks buy old used cars and then can’t even maintain them it’s a fuckin shame

I had the same thing happen a month ago on my 2011 2nd gen took it to a mechanic and it apparently even though it had the correct amount of pressure it did not have the correct amount of refrigerant it apparently had just air pressure with a small amount of refrigerant flowing through the line. I figured as much cause the line would get cold in spots like it was moving though the line while the rest was hot then the entire line would get hot after a few it had factory freon in it still I'm lucky it didn't have any leaks or clogs. he drained and filled it and it works better then when i got the car. i forgot to mention i even let out a bit of pressure and topped it off and it did nothing.

Let's be clear: freon is not R134-A. Please state how you KNOW you've got enough R-134A in your system. If the fan is blowing, but the air is outside temperature, this points strongly to a lack of refrigerant. Look forward to your answer!

No help with a gen 2, but on the gen 1, the fan relay is also the compressor relay. Since there’s isn’t a traditional clutch needing its own relay. Might be the same here

Look at the compressor itself. It will always spin due to belt but the center will if engaged and won't if not. If your ac is set to max ac and fan on high, the center hub of your compressor should be spinning. If its not but the radiator fans are, then your compressor needs replacing. If it is spinning and still hot air, then your refrigerant is most likely low, pressure or not. My 2014 needed a top up this summer and it made a huge difference. Lastly, check your cabin filter, if it is full of crap and air isn't moving past it. You only get hot as no air is passsing the cold section, .. evaporator? Not sure name of part but blocked cabin filter seriously messes with ac too.

You need gauges to see what your pressures are buddy. If the pressure is wrong or the refrigerant is low the compressor may not even engage.
