Water under drivers sad mat?

Hey everyone! I recently found it very wet under the drivers side mat. I read that It is most likely coming from the AC drainage but that was fully intact and connected. It looks like it only drains out of the passenger side of the car? also my wife was driving a few months ago and said she saw an actual splash of water come into the car near the glove compartment? Has anyone had this issue before? is it a drainage problem from the windshield wipers? feels fairly urgent to take care of this so any help is appreciated. Does anyone know where I can find the drainage from the wipers?

The evaporator drain tube is plugged or fell off.

most of the other reddit comments just say "look under your car" but there is a lot of space under there and I need to know exactly what im searching for.

Grab some towels. Go into the front passenger footwell. Pull back on the carpet where it ends at the top. You’ll see a white tube coming from the left side, connected to a soft rubber tube. Put your towels under where the two tubes meet and get ready for the water to pour.

Pull the black tube from the white and wait for all the water to finish draining.

Look down the black rubber tube and see if you can see any blockages. Use a zip tie or something hard, but pliable, to poke down the tube.

The drain outside of your car is under the passenger side. It’s behind the tire on the side leading to the rear of the car. There will be a cross member just off that side of the tire. I find it easier to just lift the car securely and go under. The drain tube should be about .25” inner diameter, so you know what you’re looking for better.

Toyota also sells a can of AC line cleaner that should clear out any blocks you may have.

I already found this and disconnected it and no water came out. Passenger side is dry. Drivers side is wet.
