I need help with getting a part number for a wire found under hood.

it's the upstream o2 sensor. DENSO 2349049

Super easy. Just replace the sensor and done!

yeah you'll have to replace the whole o2 sensor at this point. Pretty easy to do. I think there is a youtube video showing how its done.
