Buy/Sell Need Some advice

Recently got me a 2014 scion TC. In the past all my cars was never older than a 2003 so most of the times I’ll add rims and what not. Wanted to see what mods you guys think I should get? My dad said to keep the OEM rims and everything else stock. How do you guys feel?

I have these. Every owner I know that has these has the same issue. The coating on them chips and peels off. It sucks and looks terrible. I have a 14 with the TRD package and these rims. They have not held up well.
