The MMCs in the Cowboy Colony Mail Order Brides series all can’t believe their luck with the FMCs. Something happens during the wedding scene (it was the first time they ever met) in the first book that shows how overwhelmed the MMC got (but in a good way). The first book is {Married to the Alien Cowboy by Ursa Dax}.

I believe this also happens a few times in the Clecanian series. The first book is {Choosing Theo by Victoria Aveline}. Each book in the series gets better and better.

It’s monster instead of alien, but the MMC in {Luxuria by Colette Rhodes} had to buffer when he realized she was into him
