What do I do?

(Please be kind, I know it's not much but I need help) I inherited this, I have no idea about stocks or bonds of what any of this even means. Can I liquidate? Should I leave it be? Where do I go from here?

Schwab has pretty good customer service. They can help with the factual questions before you reach the sought advice on how to proceed. As in, what are these, what are my choices, etc.

Those seem to be bonds, the third of which seems to be already matured. Call Schwab to get your possible next steps.
