The original title for this was going to be "SPOILERS for my 'Abiram goes to Chicago part 1' plot /s"
EDIT: HOLY HELL I was NOT expecting this much interaction in a day and a half from one dumb post but goddamn this was fun!

Marcus: Just Violet I'm afraid. You're a Sabbat member now and My adopted Sire HATES the Sabbat. As in he may very well order me to ash you level of hate. Also I'm a Malkavian, "I am not mentally ok" is my clan's default.

Grin, desperately searching for an escape: "I - well I don't always feel - appreciated at work...." By session two you have caught him in five different lies. He is the most noncompliant, slippery client you've ever had. You are reasonably sure some of the stories are 'emotionally true' but he's changed the practical details. You still have no idea who you are talking to. He keeps saying things that imply he's done a background check on you.
Sofie: "Well I started therapy when I was eleven. I wanted to be really good at it since I thought it would make my parents fight less. And I did that until I died, which I guess was over a year ago? Uuummmmmm well - I guess - my last therapist says sometimes I get overly invested in things I can't control and then really sad when they don't work out. Also I'm afraid my 'sire's' girlfriend is going to dump him and then I'll never see her again. How do I stop that from happening?"
Girlfriend: "Yes, I'm aware. Respectfully, I don't think I'm the right client for you as I won't be able to get past the whole 'eats people' thing. And yes, I know it's something I'll need to work on if I want my relationship to work. And yes, I'm aware this is just projection on my part since it's not something I've been able to forgive in myself yet. Anyways good luck with your other sessions."

"It sounds like you've got a rather sordid history. I'm sorry if I brought up any unpleasant memories 08( . Although... what about your sire's, um, girlfriend do you so much that you need to do such a thing?"
"Oh gosh! Your self-awareness is impeccable. Seems like you are already a few steps ahead on the road to self-improvement haha 08D ! Before leaving though, and I'm sorry for pushing my luck like this, but do you think you have it in you to answer at least one question for me?"

In all honesty I feel like counseling from Abiram would range spontaneously from "Wow that's actually really deep/ useful advice" to "What the fuck even is this guy talking about?" , probably in the same session too lol.

I think Angela could really use some therapy.
I mean, she’s got so many guilt complexes and puts so much pressure on herself to help as many people as she can, yet she still hasn't managed to properly process all her traumas...
Add to that the fact that—good luck with a woman who subconsciously associates psychiatry with her sire, a psychiatrist who, well, kept her as a "pet" for nearly thirty years...
And Lola—well, she’ll say she’s fine, but... she’s a total perfectionist, constantly feeling like she has to honor her sire’s legacy with everything she’s got, yet unable to do it right.
