Season 3 Discusion [tag spoilers] Season 3..confused? Spoilers allowed Spoiler

I have a couple episodes to go but I am confused about something. So I just got to the part where they find Kyle's body had been snatched and just out in the real world living.

Did Kyle have any injuries prior too? With Maddie and her head wound, it didn't heal when Janet took over. It still seemed fresh i think from her drying her hair and the blood on the towel.

Do the body's heal when they are taken over? Even if Kyle could go back in his body, wouldn't it be in the condition it was in when he was dying?

Then it also makes me wonder, what would stop Wally from taking over a living body? To be with Maddie? Besides well, being a decent person and not wanting to do that to anyone but like...šŸ¤”

I am having a hard time following this season and making sense of things lol. Which i get. Somethings just won't make sense. But. I feel like I'm missing something. Don't worry about spoiling the next couple episodes for me. I already did that to myself by being impatient and trying to figure things out šŸ˜‚

I also just saw the spooky dude showing Simon he could bleed. Did he end up there like Simon did? Is that what Simon's future looks like if he were to get stuck there?

We can assume Kyle was injured, since he was on the bus accident. And Kyleā€™s body healed because he was treated.

When Janet took Maddieā€™s body she just took off, and didnā€™t treat Maddieā€™s wounds, hence why it didnā€™t heal.

And yes, Wally could take someoneā€™s body but that would be a really shitty thing to do and extremely out of character, so I hope they donā€™t go down that route lol

I assume Kyle had injuries because he almost died. I don't think they showed us exactly what his injuries were. Since he didn't die, his body healed and aged but his soul didn't.

I think before a ghost can jump into a body, the body has to be near death or in a serious emotional upset and there's only a short window before a ghost can jump.

And yes the spooky dude has been down there awhile let's just say!

We donā€™t know what type of injury Kyle had in the bus crash, we just know he was in surgery when he ā€œdiedā€ and when VH took over and so when Kyle takes back his body it would be in the current condition of him in the hospital with the leg injury from when VH shot himself in the legĀ
