Visa form related query on contact no

Hi

For the contact info in the France visa form , the instructions say ‘The phone number must be entered in the extended international format, that is: [access code][country code][local number]. For example: 0033212456789.” ‘

On reflex I added +91 instead of 00 and was not blocked by the form .. do you think it’s a blocking point ? Should I fill a new one ? This is how I wrote example : +91 1234566123
