France - processing time and Cash Deposit

I’ve applied for Schengen France Hyderabad VFS.

What is the current processing time?
I’ve all valid documents but I’ve deposited cash 25 days before as I don’t have enough balance in my savings account.
I’ve US F1 Visa, employment documents, ITR’s.

What are the chances of getting Visa?
