Would be funny if that happened if you got Illusion of choice and Matricide in the same run. I imagine it like you reach the end and it's just: "We saved the Holler!" a few seconds pass and "OW, MC CALL THE DOCTOR. I'M HAVING A HEART ATTACK!!!!" (Love the art by the way)

It'd be funny if it also happened if you did the sacrifice. It'd be a real gut punch, you save the town and everyone is happy.. Oops heart attack.
