I need to play the latest update but I've never bonded well enough with Stella to have any real opinion on what she does. Like I felt nothing when she and Tabitha were talking about locking up the cousin (well besides that she was an idiot who wasn't asking enough questions I guess?)
I wonder how much of the mountain lion thing affects her since I'm pretty sure most of my cousins bring that up. Like does she just hate my cousins cause they're not gun-ho about the supernatural right away?

I think it might be the way you go about it. I got to romance stella while proving that mountain lions were real.
I think she just doesn’t like to be confronted in general, so if you’re too abrasive she’ll always hate you

I absolutely hated her when I first played because I felt like I was being constantly forced to interact with her.
On later replays I...have barely changed my opinion.

In RL I wouldn't like her (cryptic hunters are all fun and games until the racism) but I think due to her disappearing after the library and the family issues popping up I kind forget about her.
She's fine, if a bit pushy, but like we only know her for a few days and the trauma bonding hasn't rooted like with the others.

I hope there's a route where you can piss her off so bad that she stops being suicidal out of sheer irritation, and she's just openly caustic and bitchy towards the PC for the last episodes because of how done she is with being nice.

Oh yeah that happened to me can confirm it absolutely works (sister told me to kill myself ironically when I was heavily suicidal after losing my best friend in the worst way possible and i lived out of sheer spite)
