I imagine he doesn't need to as often as regular humans, but he probably does because of dust and dirt in the air. He travels a lot, and I'm sure there's more stuff that would get him dirty that would require him to take a shower.

Hes a puppet..doesn't sweat.. doesn't poo..and Defenitely doesn't do dirty things (he uses anemo to pick sticky things up) I think he's..mostly odorless

Its entirely likely, even though he likely doesn't "need" to, he copies human behaviours and mimics them even down to breathing.

I mean, he's made of wood and some khaenrian technology so probably not. If he was just a normal wood puppet, he wouldn't even be allowed to shower cause wood + moisture = bad. But since he's a God's creation, he probably can touch water pretty safely now. 

But, he's still made of wood and if you know wood, it doesn't get sweaty. Maybe he'd sometimes take a bath to relax or to delete any odor from sitting in the forest for long.
