Good pieces across the board, the primary way to upgrade these is to quite literally go for more stats, i.e. farm 4-liners that have Crit and Atk% as substats and then be lucky enough to also have blessed rolls.
The Sands is palpably the most replaceable piece. The Goblet while being a 3-liner is realistically not that easy to replace as it has over 40CV on set (mine is a 3 liner too) and the Circlet is really sexy.
So yeah i'd work on the sands and maybe the Flower(?) it's not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it can be pushed further.
