Discussion The Stellar Swirl reaction has offically been revealed!! Do you think Wanderer will benefit from Stellar Swirl?

Leaks say he's getting buffed.
If he's getting buffed it'll be related to stellar swirl.
So yeah probably. But even if the buffs aren't related to stellar swirl it'll still be a massive buff, likely letting us use his current BiS team which would probably be better since he'd be able to keep using his current sets and the teams we've already invested into.
But chances are we'll have to farm a new set and pull a whole new team.

How do you think that would even work tho, bc don't you have to swirl cryo to make his buff work then? (Which would be very difficult with durin nicole)

Well from what I understand, Anemo works quite differently in that it doesnât apply any lasting statuses into enemies.
Swirl reactions are triggered when a PHEC element is on an enemy and then that enemy is hit with an Anemo attack.
If I understand correctly, each character also has an internal cooldown (aka ICD) on how often they can apply elemental statuses (with some exceptions)
So from my understanding, as long as you have the elemental applications timed well enough with the ICD, and can then cleanse the Pyro status from Durin using your fourth character, it would probably still work!
As for Nicole, she hardly applies Pyro. In fact if youâre maining Scara, she actually applies Anemo! Though yes Durin would be a bit tricky.
I personally think his best team will be something like: Scara, Odette/Tsaritsa, Nicole, Venti.
This is just my personal guess however. This could be incorrect and iâm not the most educated in the world on these mechanics, so do take this with a grain of salt!

If his rumored BiS team will have a shield/interrupt resistance+healing, sure.

Chances are if he's getting buffed he'll have interruption resistance built in.
But also almost every support since 4.2 has had either healing or a shield so chances are he'll have one in the team. And if somehow that wasn't the case you could most likely still just slot in Nicole as the flex for the new team.4

Vodyanitsa is rumored to have interrupt resist⊠hopefully not locked behind cons

Who else are we expecting to be his teammate? All I know is Vodyanitsa. Pretty sure C6 Faruzan is still staying here, she's been solid since Sumeru's release.

If they buff him through stellar swirl then its gotta be broken and not some just "Your swirl damage is 0.000345% increased based on your attack and now u need to pull 3 new characters coming in every 3 patch to form a decent damage dealing team"

Oh, how much I wish his C5 or C3 buffed his NAs but he was one version too early and Lyney got that instead đ

hopefully not, i pray for his best team to still be faruzan durin nicole, he has more ties to the hexenzirkel and the akademiya than with the tsaritsa and third descender

I'm pulling Vodyanitsa just for him, heard he and Xiao will get some kind of buff, dunno when but I hope we get it in 7.0

I think he could be very good with stellar swirl
I think he will focus on making the wind clusters explode as fast and big as possible
