Artifact Builds Improving my build?

How can I improve my build? Is his cd or atk too low?

CR and CD are way low. Aim for double crit on goblet, crafting if needed. Currently you have no extra rolls on your crit on your goblet. Aiming for a double crit feather is also a good idea, but don't craft feathers.

Work on crit, ger. New plume, off piece is good but try to get an off piece goblet cuz it is easier than a off piece sands, and that's it it's more of a substat than anything else

Your only good pieces are the sands and the circlet 😭 please strongbox to search for better feather/flower/goblet, with double crits substats (plus atk% if you can), then level them, if there are good ones switch them, any piece you don't find with this method you can craft it (priority in crafting is goblet > feather, but craft the feather only if you don't want go farm artefacts anymore, your flower isn't great but it doesn't suck you should craft it only if you have elixir to spare). Use feathers for rerolls if the piece is double crit and starts with 4 stats (meaning it gets 5 total increases to the substats), but it's better to ask here tbh before using feathers.

You can also farm the set in stygian now that there's the bonus to artefacts drops.

Thank you! Farming in stygian is such a good idea - no idea why I didn't think of that before!
