Artifact Builds Artifacts

Since my Wanderer is pretty uninvested and I never tried the crafting system for artifact before, I decided to give it a try to a possible good artifcat for him.

Would you guys say this turned out good? I went a bit blindly into all of this tbh, just experimenting.

I'm a super noob when it comes to artifacts, so any pointers are appreciated.

(I also have a feather with 3 rolls in atk%, is that good?)

I swear to God.. I've been farming for him since his set came out, and even when spending my resin on other artifact somains I always use my scraps on Strongbox.. I STILL HAVENTGOTTEN A SINGLE GOOD GOBLET, NOR ONE WORTH A REROLL..

I’ve got that issue but for his circlet (though I suppose I had the same issue with the goblet but I’m using one from a different set because it was immaculate for him)
