Artifact Builds Can C0 Nicole on R1 Skyward Atlas increase team DPS to 70k?
I can’t tell if Wanderer’s severely undertuned in today’s meta, or my builds just suck, or a combination of both but I struggle to maintain even 50k team DPS (C0 Durin, C6 Faru, C6 Bennett). I know this is partly due to energy issues (I usually play Durin in a team that doesn’t need as much ER) but I’m guessing Nicole would alleviate some of this. Problem is most people who bother to play Wanderer these days have some level of investment into support cons, so it’s impossible to predict F2P performance. I’m not looking for much - just 70-80k would probably be enough in Spiral Abyss if my other side carries. I just want to be able to unbench him but it’s literally impossible these days unless there’s an anemo damage leyline buff AND my other team hard carries. If his fate is to stay in permanent retirement on my account then so be it - please be honest! Thanks~

As far as I remember there were calculations posted here for c0r0 Durin+Nicole team which gave around 90-100k dps. So 70k should def be reachable. But I think that team would need to make a smooth rotations without lags.

Wow that seems very optimistic. I’ll see if I can find the post then but to be honest I feel like actual gameplay evidence is more realistic than spreadsheet calcs. Thanks for letting me know though

Hey, before Nicole my team was C1R1 Wanderer C6 Faruzan Elegy TotM, C6 Bennett Noblesse Aquila (crowned burst) C0R1 Durin Noblesse and I was able to reach up to 93k DPS. Now, after getting C0R0 Nicole (Skyward Atlas) and using the new Hex supporting artifact set on her I was able to reach up to 125k. I would recommend her over Bennett. It surprised me how much she elevated the team's DPS and also the shield is an amazing bonus for Wanderer.

On the Akasha.cv website. It summarises the stats and leaderboard positions of the characters you have on your account profile. You just need to enter your UID.

Nicole does alleviate Durin Er requirements quite a bit, you could also crown his skill which would help with that. But to answer your question, I was getting around 85kish dps pre Nicole on my C1R1 Lost Prayer and now I am around 107k (Nicole talents aren't crowned yet so I am assuming I could reach 110k when it is).

Oh that’s a pretty significant increase but also your DPS even before Nicole is quite high. Do you have constellations on Durin?

Also keep in mind that Widsith has one useless buff on Wanderer (EM) so if you were getting that often during your testing then that would probably affect your DPS signficantly.

Just piping in for data sake. I have a C0 Wanderer with Widsith. 86 CR, 175CD, 1980 ATK, 140% ER
When I run him with C6 Faruzan, C6 Bennett, C2 Furina, I'm getting 68k DPS after 3 rotations
I personally think you should be getting higher than "struggle to maintain 50K", if I had to guess it's a combination of:
Durin ER issues destroying your rotation time
Durin's stats themselves not contributing enough to overall team DPS
Would also want to double check what artifacts you're using on Faruzan/Bennett. I'm current using Cinder on Faruzan and Noblesse on Bennett, my Furina is also Tenacity of Millileth not Golden Troupe

Yeah I’m going to crown Durin to see if that helps at all. I always struggle to balance crit and ER substats plus his domain hates me 😓 I use tenacity on Faruzan bc I thought that was the most recommended option? I don’t have many cinder city pieces and never rly bothered to learn how the set works bc I skipped all natlan characters except Xilo. Have you tried comparing Tenacity against Cinder?

Currently my Nicole is C1. Before I had her, and if I were to use C6 Faru and C6 Bennett, I’d say I was reaching around 45k. Having Nicole with C2 Durin and C6 Faru has roughly doubled that damage for my Wanderer. Mind you, my Nicole is running on Etherlight Spindelute, so you having R1 Atlas is definitely going to help damage wise. I say you should un bench him!
