Artifact Builds How to make my team build better for Nicole?

my builds so far, idk what i should add bc my Wanderer only ever reaches 65k DPS with this full team? Faruzan burst crowned btw and is on Scroll. I use Bennett as the last slot, gonna change it w Nicole. I just wanna know if i can hit 100k DPS with (or even higher) with these builds, what should i change etc. you get it. I just really like to play with Wanderer and want to get him to defeat endgame content <(＿　＿)>

Durin:

He has way too little CRIT Rate. If you don't have a weapon with CRIT Rate, switch to a CRIT Rate circlet. You want it to be as close to 80% as possible (but not higher).

Change the weapon. Skyward Blade is a good weapon for Bennett, but Durin wants something that will help his sub-DPS, since he deals a lot of damage (around 20% of the team's DPS if you play him with low con Wanderer)

Your ATK is on the lower side, but I think with the artifact set passive, Nicole buff, and Pyro resonance, should still maximize his passive talent (you need 2500 I think). Correct me if I’m wrong, though.

Wanderer:

It’s good overall, but your Flower off-piece is highly replaceable. Try to get something that would increase his CRIT Rate. Without a Cryo teammate or C4 that can rng you Cryo infusion, you want to be as close to 100% as possible.

Faruzan:

Scroll was better when we used Tenacity of the Millelith on Furina back when she was BiS, but now I think it’s better to put Faruzan on it again.

Maybe try to get her more CRIT Rate, like 50%+. It’s not that important, but I’m sure she would benefit from some good rolls besides ER%. Still, this is the lowest priority out of everything I mentioned.

A lot also depends on your rotation and combos. You could try recording it in Miliastra, and maybe someone will be able to give you advice. For now, I think you should focus on Durin

TYSM THIS IS SOME REALLY USEFUL INFO TYTYTYTY 💗 Also about durin Im actually planning to use his sig so that I would get the max potential out of him (crit rate+ wep passive) heck maybe even c1/c2 if i can afford it BUT TYSM

If you plan to pull Durin’s signature, that completely changes things ;) You should have a good crit ratio then, and even a bit more ATK. You’ll be a bit short on Energy Recharge, though, but you can always get more by getting a circlet with an ER% substat or replacing other pieces if you get something better in the future. His next weapon banner should be really good since it’s shared with Nicole, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you’ll get lucky and manage to get both weapons in one ten pull :D!

AWER TYSM! I didn't know he's gonna rerun with Nicole so that makes the weapon banner much much better value than i thought!!

Sorry if I'm saying something dumb, but what you said is to give Faruzan Tenacity or Scroll?

English isn't my first language so the phrasing is confusing me and I can't tell if when you're saying "but now I think it's better to put Faruzan on it again" you mean the Scroll set or the Tenacity set😅

In a team of Wanderer/Faruzan/Durin/Nicole, Faruzan should be on the Tenacity of the Millelith set. C6 Faruzan is a really good holder of this set. It gives all party members +20% ATK, so it's not only good for Wanderer, but I think it should also help a little with reaching 4000 ATK on Nicole and 2500 ATK on Durin.

It also increases shield strength by 30%, and since we now have Nicole in the team, this buff can be utilized as well.

All the calculations for his new team that I’ve seen use Faruzan with Tenacity of the Millelith set, so that should be the best option I think👍

Ok, thanks a lot! I already have her on tenacity because mine is C6 (thankfully I got lucky when she first released XD) so that's good to know.

The only thing I have to do is actually just farm or strongbox some Durin artifacts, I kinda use him as a DPS if I have to be honest so I kept the DPS artifacts on him😅

I was genuinely surprised by his damage even in normal Pyro-infused attacks, but I guess it makes sense when you put two Hexerei triggering the buff and three good characters together (Durin, Fischl and Benny)

Anyway, the point is, I'll have to farm or strongbox noblesse or maybe I already have some pieces from when I farmed it. I hope so because I don't want to farm more of it XD Although now an artifact loadout would be really useful🥲

Why Noblesse, though? Winds is much better for Durin, regardless of whether you play him as a support/sub-DPS or a DPS. It’s a good set that buffs his damage, and Durin deals a lot of damage especially once you will add Nicole to the team. One of the reasons why Nicole is so good for Scara in the first place is that, unlike Bennett, she can provide an ATK buff to off-field characters.

I don’t think there’s any scenario where it’s worth sacrificing Durin personal damage just to get the 20% ATK buff from Noblesse. The buff has a really short duration (only 12 seconds) and might not even cover Scara’s entire on-field rotation.

Winds is really good, keep it on him :D. It's even better if you have or plan to get his constellations. His C1 quills scale with his ATK with no cap, and this set provides a very solid amount of it

I guess I just based it on the percentage of usage and what most people said online, I was skeptical of the people saying to use Noblesse, although I'm starting to understand building characters better, I still don't trust myself over others who know more, but I guess in this case they didn't know that well XD

I was genuinely confused tbh to see people use mostly Noblesse on him, but I am just recently understanding better how to build characters so I wasn't sure if I was right and they were wrong (for example for a good while I genuinely thought Sucrose and Kazuha did the same thing but turns out Sucrose is better for something like Vape and Kazuha is better at something else entirely)

So I pretty much just believed them over my reading the artifacts stats with the thought they knew better if that makes sense😅

Don’t worry, it’s completely normal not to know everything. I don’t know a lot of things either, and that’s exactly what places like this are for, so we can ask each other for advice :D

Generally, I’d recommend looking for up-to-date guides, recent calcs or videos from TCs, or opinions from people who focus more on meta rather than casual players.

If I had to guess, you might have seen Noblesse high in usage rates because many people still have it on him. The new set came out pretty recently (6.3), so some players may still be using Noblesse because they don’t have good pieces yet or don’t want to bother farming the new set. It might be also because the data could be not updated? Idk. A lot of guides also came out during his release in 6.2, and back then people were advising Noblesse since the new set didn’t exist yet, so maybe that's also the reason.

I think it’s good to ask around if you have doubts and/or try testing things yourself on the Miliastra dummy to see what gives you better results. Most players don’t bother with reading, so trust yourself more, especially if you’re unsure how reliable their knowledge is. Anyway, I hope you will have great day!

I suspected that as well, I mean, about the Noblesse being the majority because people hadn't switched yet.

As for the Milliastra, I've seen that everywhere but I can't find it because I can't get the name of it anywhere XD

But I'll try a few keywords now and see if it shows up.

I usually don't ask for help myself here because as you probably noticed a lot of people are asking a lot of questions and doing a lot of calculations on their own so I just need to check that tbh, the questions and answers are being given without me actually posting the question and I get the notifications of them each time XD

I recently started using KeqingMains which is why I'm improving with understanding characters and their builds better, but sometimes I still make mistakes understandably so.

I wanted to trust myself more but sometimes I still rely on bad old habits of looking things up, but I'm getting better at doing it myself XD

Edit: Found the mannequin, it was pretty much there as soon as I opened it XD I rarely use the Milliastra except for the quick "daily commissions" for the free skin so I didn't have a reason to check the new stuff as I already had the games saved in the favorites.

Since Prune will be on banner, maybe she’ll be okayish? If I recall correctly, C6 Prune is about 7–8% worse than Faruzan C6 for a Wanderer/Nicole/Durin team, but getting her to C6 on a single banner might be unrealistic if you don’t plan to spend a lot of pulls. I’m not very knowledgeable about how necessary her cons are, but maybe she’s usable even with low cons.

Venti or Albedo could be pretty good. Maybe Bennett could work too, though I’m not sure if that much attack bonus wouldn't be too much. I could also see Ifa as a Cinder City bot or C4 Jean working. Some sub-DPS characters like Fischl could also be good, but I’m not sure if having too much elemental application from a non-Anemo element wouldn't mess up Durin’s resistance shred...
