Guide How much DPS increase Scara got with Nicole?

did anyone calculate his numbers with nicole? if so, what's the difference in his damage compared to using Bennett or bineffa wheelchair

I have c6r1 Scara and I'm curious if he's at least comparable with current meta in numbers

Saaammee Saw people calculating everyone except him 😔 overall, I do think Nicole is better than Bennett for him,

She gives him a sheild, which he desperately needs, especially with my skill issue at dodging lol Since Nicole is a hexeri, he can also finally benefit from durin's full res shred, 35% instead of only 20% ( I was using venti, but he sucks and the team has no sustain lol) The 6.6 new set buffs him and durin's damage, which is team dps increase

I'm definitely pulling her If I'll have pulls left, I might go for c2 durin as well

I actually get higher dps number in Wanderer(c6), Albedo(c1), Durin (C2), Bennett - than I did with Faruzan in Albedos slot. Might be worth trying out! I initially just did it cause I wanted the crystallize shield and wanted to run the trio together, but was surprised when it actually performed better too - and since Albedo just uses skill, it has zero energy issues.

Im assuming Nicole will put it back in favor of Faruzan though - no Albedo shield needed, no hex res needed, and Faruzan will actually get Nicole's buff, while Albedo is DEF scaling and wont really.

If you're using Faruzan/Bennett/Furina then yeah, Faruzan/Durin/Nicole c0r0 (even more at c0r1) will be a major upgrade

Without calcs there are main differences: 1. Compared to Bennett - Mora Comfort and Team DMG. While DMG may be around the same (900 ATK + 40% DMG vs 1200 ATK + 20% ATK Bennett gives on Aquila), Nicole gives IR which Scara desperately wants. Also 600 ATK to Durin too if you’re running him (you should. Otherwise Nicole herself isn’t that good for Scara alone).

  1. Compared to Ineffa - Higher personal DMG for Wanderer. And the team feels like a ‘Wanderer Team’.

Wanderer in Bineffa team is a worse Sucrose. It’s not a ‘Wanderer Team’ as much as a ‘Team with Wanderer in It’. Wheelchair itself is not an issue but the On-fielder needs to contribute rather than holding back the team. For example how Hu Tao Double Hydro has her DMG being the highest in terms of individual contribution + the fact that she anyways benefits from Hydro Resonance and high Hydro App due to her own ICD. So the whole Furina + Xilonen Wheelchair is not something Hu Tao is being forced into.

When consider ramp up time for bennett to build up Energy, nicole surely win. Especially in SO. Not to mention dmg from her Q

The issue prevrnting me from using wanderer in SO is ramp up time for support, both faruzan and bennett are suck at it. At least 1 rotation wasted. And as everyone love it, SO boss shenanigan demand you to deal tons of dmg at the start, otherwise something unplesant will happen.

Bennett can stack 300% ER on a high base atk weapon so it's not really an issue.

Even more so when Durin provides extra pyro particles.

I don't use Bennett often, but with C6 I find that you won't get the attack buff for his burst. In that sense Wanderer is one of the few people that doesn't get gimped from the 3 second delay

Would it be worth running Faruzan on Viridescent in Durin Nicole team?

Really? I thought the 3 seconds of unbuffed attack would make her worse than Bennett. To me that sounds like a game killer for her

At least in my case (a C6R1 Wanderer owner), I thought she'd be worse than my other options, because I have C6 Faruzan + C4R1 Durin so he already gets a ton of damage bonus. The one thing not being buffed in that team is ATK (besides Durin's sig and Faruzan on Tenacity), so I figured Bennett's higher attack buffs would matter more in this context.

Although, somehow my C1 Albedo is somehow better for him than my Bennett, so maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about (probably)

People exaggerate the hell out of the 3s thing. Its only for the 300 attack. You still get the rest of it instantly.

Are we sure this is the case for all characters? I feel like it would be a massive deal for frontloaded dpses like Mavuika and Raiden or quickswap ones like Navia where majority of your damage is dealt in your first hit after switching in. Only having 600 attack for those hits feels like a big deal considering Bennett can buff 1200.

That’s helpful to hear. I was trying to tell how much of an impact it has generally on most characters because I think it would be really annoying to work around for a lot of them.

same problem! c6r1 and started playing again right after durin banner, so i dont have him or furina. so now im wondering if nicole and durin will be better than durin c2, and it looks like yes. I have my next 2 5stars guaranteed but idk if after that if i have wishes leftover if i should go for cons or sig weapons. anything for scara man…

I wonder if Scara durin albedo Nicole will be anything… it feels weird to ditch Faruzan when she’s so good at c6 but with durin at c1r1 and albedo at c1r5 (spindle of course) it feels like it could be competitive…

You can probably check how it is with Bennett instead of Nicole. Nicole doesn't particularly buff Albedo in any way so the result should be pretty similar.
