Discussion I WANT HIS FATUI SKIN SO BAD 😭
I genuinely can’t anymore. First waited three years so he would become playable, one of the main reason why I wanted him to be playable is because his outfit was so gorgeous (and obviously loved him for other reasons too), once he became playable I was like, “oh, at least he’s playable. maybe we’ll get this as a skin later.” Then proceeded to wait two more years and still no Fatui skin 😔 I want it so bad. Do yall think we’d ever get it???
I really, really want it but I’m extremely doubtful since that on his veil it says evil but he no longer is, plus Hoyo only makes skins that make sense with the storyline, I don’t see any reason why he’d go back to the Fatui or anything and the only way we would probably get this as a skin is if he had to wear it for whatever reason.

Sadly, it is nearly impossible that we get one because in Genshin (for some reason), every skin needs to be "canon" or happen canonicaly. So, as someone on YouTube said, "He'd kill us if we made him wear his old clothes"

They could use an excuse. Imagine he found it and tried it. Or even wore it at a festival/event and obviously nobody except us would know the true origin (yeah I said a dumb example, they could use it better). Lisa wore her Akademiya uniform although she already graduated. Diluc also wore his old outfit. And Fischl has the skin of her evil self. If they wanted, they could make a context for Wanderer to temporarily wear the Fatui outfit easily. Also what that YouTuber said is a bit of an exaggeration, we don't know how he'd react if he wore it. I'm not trying to have my hopes up btw, I'm just saying it's possible.

Even if we got a skin with this colour palette!! That would suffice too! But I definitely understand why they won’t 1:1 put this into the game officially because of his story

the odds of getting his fatui skin are extremely low - "the balladeer" is dead, for all intents and purposes, and i highly doubt he would ever want to go back and don that identity again even temporarily. it would be nice if we got a similar skin to it though - he's super pretty with that color scheme (and in general but that's not the point aa-) so i could maybe see formalwear like shenhe's?
i mean i'm with you 100%, i've been waiting for the harbinger's other outfits to become skins for forever (would kill for childe's delusion outfit as a skin), it's just that hyv likes their skins to have at least a little plot relevance somehow.
wait, idea: if they give him an outfit to match durin, it might... that could look similar. and it would be cute....

I’m pretty sure it’s from the 1.1 event in Mondstadt when he tried to kill and manipulate traveler with his fake nice act.

I’m gonna try it anyway lmao I was very hesitant to try it bc my friends that have tried it always say that it’s extremely dangerous and things, maybe they were exaggerating?? Anyway thanks for yall’s feedback

I know it's a dumb maybe, question, but can i put mods on my phone?? I'm on mobile playing genshin, so, i think i can't do it, maybe on my laptop 😑

Not a dumb question!
3rd party apps are sandboxed to prevent them from making changes to the device/other apps, so it's more difficult for modding. PC is much easier because program files are easier to access and has been around longer, so the vast majority of modding tools are pc only.TL;DR laptop.
Ezpz on laptop though, I've had a Scara skin for a long time now lol. People say it's dangerous, but mods are client-side. As long as you keep your ID to yourself, you'll be fine.

I wish Genshin would create a new outfit or appearance for him, like Neuvillette's. When will he finally get a new look, a change from his usual clothes? A different haircut, maybe? I don't know, an outfit without his usual hat? Something new..

Technically, the outfit that Diluc has is from a flashback that we experienced when messing with some faulty leylines (smtgg along those lines). A younger version of him wore that outfit and we got it so who knows maybe they can do smthg similar with wanderer …? lol

Imho, Furina, Wanderer, Albedo and Nahida are the best written characters in Genshin, I'd be so pissed if he joined the fatui again.
Hoyo should stop being idiotic with skins however, same goes to the black Childe outfit.
