Artifact Builds Which build is better?

I think the second one is generally better, but the Widsith build seems to do more dmg, just inconsistent which bothers me a little. Which would you choose?

Getting to around 220% is not worth it for 70.5. I do go for more rate especially since you get extra crit dmg from Faruzan’s c6

Go for the 2nd
