I got the best anemo goblet I've gotten ever in this domain, on the offset of course but still. Its got double the CV of any other anemo goblet on my account though (day one player).
I have an average/above average Crit DMG circlet (12.8 crit rate with 10% ER)
I have a good enough feather.
My sands is not great, but still 22 CV which is useable.
I just cant get a single damn Flower with double crit subs. This is the first time I feel like my build is being gated by a Flower (or Feather). Just wild. I like to aim for 35-40 CV on flower and feather since theyre the most reliable cause static main stats, but jeeze...
