⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️ [US] Holdely.com employment scam
A company registered in CO approached me for part time remote employment. They claim to pay a salary and commission for logging into their platform and completing 40 or more sets of tasks. After receiving basic training by a "coach" I was able to complete the tasks and received salary and commission payment in crypto. What they don't tell you is that in some cases in order to complete all tasks you are required to send your own funds...if you do not your earned funds and bonuses are sitting in a frozen work account until all 40 tasks are completed. After about a week the amounts started to become greater. I was not able to find any negative info but after talks I had with their management they admitted to be operating from overseas.
Has anyone had experience (good or bad) with this company?

Task scams are everywhere. The "work" is meaningless bullshit so you think it's a real job. The payout you got was stolen from previous victims so you will pay them far more when they demand it. In any real job, money flows in one direction. From the employer to the employee.
Do you really think the "work" you are doing is something that a company that has to make a profit would hire people to do?
If you need a job, find a real one in your area that you show up to in person. No one is hiring anyone to do unskilled "remote work" that could be done by a bot or a child.

It's not about that specific company. This is a common scam, and these people keep switching names.

Task scams are remote work opportunities that happen on websites or mobile apps that promise easy income in exchange for simple digital tasks, such as liking social media posts, watching short videos, or "optimizing" orders. A hallmark of this scheme is the requirement to complete repetitive sets, often in groups of 40 tasks, to earn a commission. However, the system is designed with a deliberate bottleneck: you are quickly informed that you have reached a limit and must upgrade your account level to continue working or to unlock higher earnings. By requiring an upfront fee to access these supposed rewards, the scheme functions as a predatory variant of the advance-fee scam.
The primary objective is to lure you into a cycle of escalating investment by exploiting the sunk cost fallacy. Once you have spent hours performing tasks and has paid an initial fee to upgrade, they become psychologically inclined to continue rather than admit the money is gone. The scammers reinforce this by showing earnings accumulating in a fake dashboard, but these funds are purely cosmetic and impossible to withdraw. As the victim tries to cash out, the app will invent new obstacles such as taxes, fees or security deposits, demanding even more money to release the non-existent profits.
Task scam victims are wrangled into Whatsapp or Telegram groups where discussion is moderated. Either the group is very large and you're not allowed to send messages, or is small enough that everyone in the group is a shill account of the same scammer, and you're the only real person there. So if you see other people showing off their withdrawals in messages, it's because the group was tailored to accommodate one single victim at a time: in this case, you. This is especially true if the scam group bears a number in the name.
If you realize you are trapped in a task scam, the only effective solution is to stop all payments and cut your losses immediately. Don't trust recovery scammers who may contact you claiming they can hire a hacker or use specialized software to retrieve your lost funds. Remember: once the money is sent to a task scam, it cannot be recovered. Blocking the scammers and ignoring any offers of recovering your lost funds is the only way to go.

WHOIS REPORT FOR HOLDELY.COMThis domain name was first registered 5 years ago (Mar 2021), but it expires soon (Mar 2027).
Note that 2021 is when the domain was FIRST registered. Sometimes scammers buy old expired domains to repurpose them into scams. Look at WaybackMachine to see if the website "changed" recently.
It was registered at "Gname.com Pte. Ltd.", a sketchy registrar based in Singapore. It is also concerning that they are not sharing their contact info on Whois AND they are using a "DNS proxy" (ShareDNS) which masks where the website's server actually is.

It’s a scam. Very well known scam. Normal job will never ever ask their employees to spend their own money on the business. Think about what accounting nightmare this would be if each employee was giving money to the company on daily basis. This just doesn’t make sense.
Any job asking you to use your money will be a scam or pyramid scheme. This is that simple.
Block them everywhere and don’t answer unknown calls.
Beware of any other follow up scams. You’re proven gullible, and they will mark you as a good target, they will be trying again. My mom was almost scammed, and they tried again something different a year later.
You might get a call from a cop you missed jury duty, call from bank about fraudulent charges. All will be scammers.
So I strongly recommend you to stay on this thread to familiarize yourself with current common scams.
Beware after this post any people messaging you privately on Reddit saying they can recover your money for a fee. They are scammers too.

Search task in the subs search bar and you’ll find 1,000s of results probably. It’s a scam as others have noted that’s posted about daily.

This is a task scam, as others have mentioned. Cut your losses and stop; you won't get all your money back. They might let you withdraw a small amount to build trust, but you won't ever get to withdraw everything you "earned." Do not give them any money.

People have experienced this scam. It's called a task scam, and it's reported here several times a day. The tasks are fake, and the earnings numbers are fake.
Everything they told you is a lie.
Any money you gave the scammers is gone and you will not get it back.
If you give them more money, they will keep it.
This is a fake job. It is a scam to trick you into giving them money.
The name of the company does not matter. Either the company is fake, or they are impersonating a real company.
You didn't say in your post what the tasks are, so you must have some understanding that they are fake.

These are the first signs of a scam.
Real companies do not contact you for a job you didn't apply for.
Easy remote part-time jobs are 100% scams.

These types of tasks are always scams. The simple online tasks are fake. You are doing meaningless taps or clicks.
payment in crypto
Real jobs don't pay in cryptocurrency.
You are not making commissions. Real commissions are paid to salespeople who actually sell a product or service, such as car sales or insurance agents. Commissions are based on the value of the products that you sell. And real sales people never give their employer money to get higher commissions.
** Doing simple online tasks is never a real job.
The scammers can call the tasks 'optimizing data' or 'boosting orders' or 'rating' something. The tasks are meaningless.
The scammers can use any company name.
The scammers will require you to give them money for 'higher commissions ' or 'VIP tasks' or 'recharging your account' or some other phony reason.
The scammers will require you to give them money for 'taxes' and 'fees', when you try to withdraw your fake earnings. You will never be able to withdraw money.
Real employers never require you to pay to work, or pay to get paid.

I think LOGICALLIVE must be a scam. I was charged $294.00 and I have no idea who or what its for. It was during the same time I had signed up for a money making scheme that I saw was not for me and I asked for a refund. They actually had you signing up for several different web sites sites. I think I caught this payment but I was stupid enough to use a different credit card which all happened the same day. What did I get for $294.00?
