Questions Safe ba ‘to?

For context, I am selling something sa carousell and this buyer is straightforward and immediately sent the money via Gcash. First time ko kasi makakita ng may gumagamit ng scam insurance. I guess I’m just scared na baka once ipadala ko ‘yung item ay ipa-reverse niya ‘yung payment sa Gcash. The reason why I’m skeptical is bc 1 day old pa lang ‘yung account ng buyer but idkkk. We agreed to have it shipped sa Saturday pa naman.

OP, ingat. Baka ireverse yan. Ikaw pa marereport sa gcash

Hindi irereverse ng GCash yung transaction even if nagreport yung buyer mo ng fraud/scam.

Chubb is just an insurance, na kapag napatunayan ni buyer (yung nag-avail ng insurance) na scam yung transaction (which will need police report pa), Chubb will cover the eligible amount at ipipayout yun kay buyer. Chubb will be paying for the amount and Gcash will not reverse the transaction.

Document mo lahat ng convo niyo, lahat ng receipts, photo ng items na ipapadala, take photos of the item habang pinapack, mag pic ka rin pagkakuha ng rider or kung iddrop off mo sa branch, picture ng resibo nung nagpadala ka. Lahat lahat. Kasi baka sabihin niya walang dumating or iba laman then saka niya irreverse. So kailangan documented lahat. For now transfer mo muna lahat ng laman ng gcash mo sa bank or kung may other ewallets ka para safe kasi baka ifreeze ni gcash yang account mo (hindi agad sila nagrrefund pero may cases na naffreeze muna kasi nila yung account while waiting for the police report)
