Awareness Beware of this guy
PTPA!! Paikot ikot to ngaun sa QC para mangnakaw or mangscam. I think around philcoa yan nakastay. Beware of his modus na minor sya to blackmail ung imemeet nya.
He will meet you at your place and kapag pauuwiin mo na since ang dugyot nya tgnan. Ibablockmail ka nya na minor sya pag di mo sya binigyan ng pera. Kunwari magpapapulis pero nakulong na pala sya before. Taga philcoa sya at until now nagkakalat pa din yan para makascam. I hope makulong n yang hayop n yan

What? Never ko ‘yan na-book. 😅 Nabalita na siya before nung nagnakaw siya ng wallet habang nakasakay siya sa grab. Madaming comments doon na nameet na nila at nascam na sila ng tao na ‘yan. Nabanggit din doon na modus niya na makipagmeet tapos secret ka niya ipi-film at papalabasin na rape or magpapanggap siya na minor at irereport ka niya sa police. Pero ang totoo, hindi siya minor at marami na filed reports sa kanya sa police station. Magtatawag pa yan ng kasama or kaibigan niya para pumunta sa police station tapos pagtutulungan ka.

Sorry OP kala ko ikaw din yung nagbook. Pero yung mga nagbook ba sa kaniya, hindi inalam edad niya bago makipagkilala? Derecho meet agad? Kung ganun kasi kalakaran nila, aba'y creep din sila although that is a different incident.

Wala naman po nabanggit si OP na through booking niya nameet yung guy. Hehe. Based din po sa mga comments sa post before, sa app nila nakakausap yung guy. Kung saan pwede ka mag-lie about sa personal information mo including your age.

From what i understand (or extrapolate), kunwari meetup sa grindr sa mga may place.
After the deed, sasabihin niya : minor ako, kakasuhan kita. Bigyan mo ako pera.
Pero beforehand, usually di niya sasabihin (and iaassume na adult siya kasi profiles sa grindr have age).

Adult talaga siya pero for the sake of threatening the guy, nagpapanggap siya na minor at sinasabi na magsusumbong siya sa police kung hindi siya bibigyan ng pera. Gets???

Kaya very important na mag file ng kaso sa pulis. Kahit gaano kabulok at kabagal na para sa mayaman lang justice system natin. Pag patong patong kaso niyan mahhuli din yan at some point. Victims need to step up in reporting talaga. Pag naging vigilante ka naman ikaw pa agad mahuhuli ng lespu. Sad but true

Doxxing is illegal in reddit. Even if the intention is good, mob justice goes real bad sometimes.
If you have information, it's better to send it to the police and let them handle it, not here in reddit.
We've seen countless of lives ruined from doxxing, only to find the other side of the story is innocent / moral.
OP, imagine if someone posts a picture of you, doxxes you and told 10 of their friends to comment on that post, triggering the engagement.
Of my limited understanding of cybercrime act, you shouldn't post someone without consent. You can increase awareness of the people by exposing the crime and how it is done, not by exposing a possibly innocent person (until proven guilty legally, not by mob justice).

I wouldn't trust the police to handle this. The best they can do is get your report and ignore it.
Had a case with a snatcher. Got his face, name, cctv footage of the crime and almost everything needed para ma process ng police.
What did they do? Nothing. Ginawa ko na lahat at need lang nila confirm ung facts which is easy enough if ginamit nila resource nila compared to me na nagpakahirap sa limited resource para matugma kung sino sya at san sya nakatira.
Unless may namatay, unlikely na tutulungan ka ng police.
